Honda Pilot 2004 Front Plate Holder

The successful treatment of a new subgenus

Perhaps the greatness of cinema displayed when a tape without high expectations and under budget reaches the level of cult film, gives rise to a genre and get the American Film Institute's join its hundredth anniversary in the list of one hundred best movies of history. Such facts are what make us believe in the as art cinema, in movies as a mode of artistic expression whose result depends more quality of the filmmaker in question that the money on the table at the time of signing the agreements. This is what in 1968 showed us George A. Romero with " Night of the Living Dead " and this very fact is that I want to commemorate today.

A tape that witnessed the birth of a genre: the zombie film that, despite having already presented in other projects, adopted in this film formal treatment we know today. A simple story told almost in real time, whose strength lies perhaps in the way in which it arose.

strangers were forced to join forces against attack by dead bodies whose resurgence did not quite find a cause truly grounded (although eventually be mentioned in a possible unknown radiation). The relationship established between the characters and was inherently complex and problematic, which, together with the real lack of a true leader or a hero among them, and condemned them in advance to a final bleak indeed.

An ironic final scene not without some controversy (some wanted to see it as a racist wink) closed a brilliant film which he created the climate and environments correct (a very wise choice of black and white) for a story despite to lose their good pace at times, served as a clear example for later productions infinitely more expensive than it. Mystical
